Use hot water as heating medium to heat air for plenum heating of large buildings like mining, 

workshop. 

Installation:

Disconnecting valves should be installed on the inflow pipe and return pipe of the fan heater.

Locking device is needed on the outdoor air inlet, in case the radiating pipe is damaged when 

the device is not working.

Water needs to be released completely when the heater is out of commission.

Usage

Empty the cold air in the pipe system and radiating collar before the turning on the heater.

The temperature of the hot air in the heater should be kept above 85 degree Celsius/ 185 degree

Fahrenheit,it can not be lower than 80 degree Celsius/176 degree Fahrenheit.The water velocity 

in the radiating pipe should be above 0.2m/s.

Maintenance: 

Wash the heater with pressurized air and water regularly, after 2-3 years, remove the scale 

using chemical method.

Softening treatment is needed for the hot water in order to reduce the forming of the scale.
